Ginnie and Linda were two of the “faithfulest” researchers on the SLCT and I’ll just bet that by now they have put their notes and papers in order and are already looking into further research. (You think?) I picked this photo as an example. We dedicated SLCT family folks might be likened unto having an addiction…. we cannot stop thinking about genealogy. (You think?) I know I have this delightful problem and I’m proud of it!
Have you seen/heard/read the news that FamilySearch is now “live” for everybody? No more is there a short list of different “beta” or “test” addresses. Now it’s just FamilySearch.org. And LDS folks sign-up for an LDS account and non-LDS folks sign up for a Research Account. Easy as pie. Remember that all the old/previous databases that comprised FamilySearch (the IGI, Ancestral File, Pedigree Resource File, and much more) are all rolled into the “new” website…… BUT all the new documented information coming through the FamilySeach Indexing “pipeline” is really boosting the content of the site by leaps and bounds. I hope you all are (1) using FamilySearch, and (2) doing FamilySearchIndexing.
