I hope you are getting, reading and enjoying our Salt Lake Christmas Tour monthly newsletter. (If you’re not, HOLLER.) In the February issue I’ve put this same photo……. it was such fun to see all the shirts in order! We’ve certainly enjoyed red ones but only one “Christmas green” one. I know I’m missing several……….. one was the “Silver” one (which Leland did not like and called the “underwear shirt”) with black lettering. I’m also missing: 1989-1990-1991-1994-1997-2000-2007.
Would you happen to have any of these missing shirts, missing years? If so, would you consider parting with them for a good cause???????? Please let me know ASAP.
My local society, the Eastern Washington Genealogical Society (www.EWGSI.org) is in full teaching mode planning programs, workshops and seminars all designed to teach our members how to find the answers they seek to solve their family history problems. My advice to you today (and as Mother Hen am I entitled to give advice all year ’round?) is to get active with and in your local society for your benefit if you cannot think of a better reason. Or check with the society in the next county or just over the state line. Education is worth traveling for! Each of these societies likely has a website so go look and see if they aren’t offering something that would be of interest and benefit to you. Mother Hen says so.
