I received my Exhibitor Pre-Registration Confirmation for RootsTech 2013 this morning, and am happy to announce that the size of the exhbit hall is being increased by nearly 40%, and will “have an exciting new layout!” The dates for the event are March 21-23, 2013, and of course, it will be held in Salt Lake City. Family Roots Publishing will be there with lots of new books, supplies, and of course, Flip-Pal mobile scanners.
There were over 4000 folks in attendance last year, so it makes sense that they would increase the exhibits space. As I’ve mentioned before, RootsTech 2013 is including “an additional “Getting Started” program to broaden the appeal to a wider consumer audience.”
If your company is interested in exhibiting at RootsTech 2013, be sure and fill out and submit their RootsTech 2013 Exhibitor Application asap!
Online atttendence registration isn’t open yet, but you can get more information about hotels and travel to the event by clicking here. I recommend making your hotel reservation immediately, as the conference hotels will fill up very fast the moment registration is opened online.
A bit about the hotels… I don’t know anything about what’s happening at the Radisson, but I do know that the Plaza is redecorating the entire hotel. I got the grand tour the other day, and it’s very exciting! The hallways are already about done, and they are starting on the rooms. I understand that the lobby should also be reworked by RootsTech.
