These were two “frozen” pix that I took during the last Salt Lake Christmas Tour. I share them with you all today because I know so many of you are far more white-covered and ice-covered than this! I guess you could say that our few not-really-that-cold days in Salt Lake City in December prepared us for winter when we got home?
Alan (second left) is from Iowa and we all know how awful Iowa weather has been during January. Beth and Carl (right) are from Minneapolis where the city has been gripped repeatedly in record-breaking cold. Gene (left) is from Seattle, no weather woes for him. Bet those missing hats and gloves were found and used at home!
So what has been the good news of this awful weather? I’ve had more time to stay at my desk and work on projects….more genealogy projects. A silver lining to the day even if it does come with cold feet.
How have YOU found these days to be enjoyable and productive and worthwhile?
Donna, aka Mother Hen, until next peek.
