  1. My thanks and best wishes go to dear Madeleine E. Mitchell the most competent Jamaican Genealogist around today. I can now rest in peace that my grandfather’s family history and contribution to his country Jamaica has been documented in “Jamaica Genealogy Page” and also in
http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~jamwgw/ These links show the full true story of Jamaican Police Inspector Herbert Theodore Thomas-1856 to 1930, along with the Archambeau, Thomas connection through his grandson the author of “A Struggle to Walk with Dignity-The TRUE story of a Jamaican-born Canadian”-2008. this book also tells the story of H.T.Thomas grandson’s life, Gerald A. Archambeau.
