The CAFG Board of Directors is pleased to announce the results of both the December 2015 Board of Directors and the January 2016 Officers elections.
The board has five members: Juli Whittaker, Sheila Benedict, Bethany Waterbury, Charles McGee, and Helen Daglas. The officers elected at the January 2016 board meeting are: Juli Whittaker, President; Sheila Benedict, Vice-President; Bethany Waterbury, Secretary; Charles McGee, Treasurer. The board wishes to thank the immediate Past-President, Leslie Lawson, for her years of service as President of CAFG as her contributions have been a great asset to the building of the organization and the annual institute.
This year’s Institute will be held 10-12 March 2016 at the historic Menger Hotel in San Antonio, Texas and included courses are a Marketing Workshop, a Professional Forensic Business Workshop, an Advanced DNA Practicum and a Forensic Genealogy Practicum. This year’s instructors include CeCe Moore; Marian Pierre-Louis; Michael S. Ramage, J.D., CG; Bethany Waterbury, DVM; and Debbie Parker Wayne, CG.
