“An Irish Family Gatherin” is planned for Thursday and Friday, 2019 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The event is sponsored by Heritage Consulting, LLC and features the Ulster Historical Foundation‘s Executive Director, Fintan Mullan and Research Officer, Gillian Hunt. These presenters are coming all the way from Belfast on a North American Tour. What better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than to learn from these renowned individuals?
There will be two days of expert training and practical research application, along with lectures on tracing your Irish ancestors from 8 AM to 12:30 PM. To practice what you have learned, assisted research during the afternoon at the Family History Library next door makes this Gatherin’ a must for those with Irish ancestry. Joining the group for consultations in the Family History Library is my friend, Dwight Radford – a well-known specialist in Irish research.
There is a $20.00 admission. Folks, if I may say so, this is the Irish research deal of the century!
