Kings Highway Branch of the Brooklyn Public Library Reopens After $7.5 Million Renovation

Brooklyn Public Library - Kings Highway branch The Kings Highway branch of the Brooklyn Public Library (BPL) has been closed for four years. During this time, the library received a full renovation, costing 7.5 million dollars. The library reopened June 11, and is located at 2115 Ocean Ave., corner of Kings Highway and is said to include free access to Jewish data, with one of the largest Jewish genealogical databases of its kind.
